Javier Llopis is the Project Developer at Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure for White Tail Solar. He has 4 years of experience in the energy sector. He is the main point of contact for this project and focuses on community relations and preliminary engineering.

Patrick Hedger is the Project Engineering Manager at Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure. He has 5+ years of experience as a project developer and engineer in renewable energy.

Daniel Smith is the Land and Permitting Manager for White Tail Solar. He has over 17 years of experience with environmental due diligence, permitting, soils and land management.

Dipti Shah is the Permitting Specialist for Atlantica Development Company. She has experience in environmental permitting and compliance, regulatory interpretation and documentation, air, water and wastewater programs, hazardous waste management and environmental audits and inspections.

Gabriela San Roman is the Land Manager at Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure, where she supports the development of utility-scale solar and battery energy storage (BESS) projects across the United States. She specializes in land acquisition, project development, and due diligence, working with landowners and stakeholders to help advance renewable energy projects from early-stage development through construction.
